As a Java FullStack Lead, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring scalability and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions, architect distributed systems, and establish robust engineering standards.

Key responsibilities include leading engineering teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability and security. You will also lead architecture reviews, align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy, and promote DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Proactively identify technical risks and architectural gaps, developing mitigation strategies to ensure long-term platform stability and drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies.

We are seeking an experienced Java FullStack Lead with 8-9 years of experience. Essential skills include Java 17+, Angular 14+, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading, Concurrency, JPA, Git Hub, RabbitMQ, Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), and MongoDB.

Your expertise should encompass Core Java, Angular components and design patterns, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and middleware technologies like Springboot. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab, GitHub, and Bitbucket, along with messaging middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, ASB) is crucial.
