Lead and mentor development teams across frontend and backend technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Break down complex requirements into actionable technical tasks, supporting sprint planning and agile execution. Proactively track team progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Guide teams on Angular best practices, framework upgrades, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications. Oversee the design and development of scalable REST APIs and backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Ensure robust code quality through comprehensive unit testing (JUnit, Jasmine/Karma) and code reviews, utilizing tools like SonarQube. Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality. Facilitate effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentations to ensure project success.

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS, with a deep understanding of Angular architecture and its core concepts. Possess strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices Architecture, coupled with experience in designing scalable REST APIs and backend services. Exhibit a strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and testing, including experience with backend unit tests using JUnit and frontend unit tests using Jasmine/Karma. Show a good understanding and practical usage of GitHub Copilot and other AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity. Have prior experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and supporting agile/scrum methodologies, including proficiency with JIRA. Possess a good understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, SQS) and familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain, with an understanding of enterprise application development and regulatory requirements within this sector, is highly preferred.
