Lead the definition and execution of enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring robust scalability, reliability, and security.

Drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms will be key.

Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across development teams.

Provide strong technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Oversee the implementation of non-functional requirements, including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery, while leading architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.

A seasoned Java Full Stack Lead with 8-10 years of experience is required. Proficiency in Java 8+, Angular 14+ (including Components and State Management like NgRx/RxJS), Microservices, and REST APIs is essential.

Solid understanding of Multithreading & Concurrency, Hibernate, Maven, and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript is necessary.

Experience with Oracle, RabbitMQ, and a strong grasp of Architecture Patterns, Design Patterns, and Design Principles are critical. Familiarity with Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT) is also mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to provide strong technical leadership, drive architecture and solution design, and mentor high-performing engineering teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are expected.
