As a Lead Java Fullstack + AWS professional, you will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You will define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.

Key duties include developing reusable backend components, optimizing application performance through various techniques, and owning end-to-end module delivery from design to deployment readiness. You will conduct code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design event-driven architectures. Additionally, you will drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience in Java development. Essential skills include proficiency in Java 17+/8+, Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT), backend unit testing with JUnit, Data Structures, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Hibernate, SQS, Git Hub, MS SQL, Design Patterns, and Design Principles.

Experience with AWS services such as S3, EBS, Amazon RDS, and DynamoDB is highly beneficial. Strong ownership in delivering complex development activities, effective collaboration, and robust analytical/problem-solving skills are expected. The ability to mentor junior developers and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Adaptability to evolving technologies and a keen attention to detail in architecture, code quality, and performance optimization are also key.
