As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions, architecting distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems. Establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks will be key. You'll also lead engineering teams, foster collaboration, and drive the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability and security.

Additional responsibilities include leading architecture reviews and modernization initiatives, aligning engineering efforts with organizational strategy, and promoting DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native practices. Proactive identification of technical risks and architectural gaps, with defined mitigation strategies, will ensure long-term platform stability.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience in Java Full Stack development with expertise in Angular and AWS. Mandatory skills include Java 8+, Angular 14+ (including Components, NgRx, RxJS), Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading, Hibernate, Git, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, Jasmine, Oracle, Architecture/Design/Development Patterns, Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), and RabbitMQ.
