As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing sophisticated enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and a microservices architecture. This includes defining precise API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for robust, distributed systems.

You will craft reusable backend components and enterprise services, adhering to clean architecture principles and secure coding practices. Furthermore, you will lead the development of scalable Angular components and state management solutions leveraging NgRx and RxJS. Optimizing application performance through advanced techniques like caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization will be a key part of your role.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of assigned modules, from initial design through development, testing support, and deployment readiness. Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices is essential. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines for enhanced operational efficiency. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues and performance bottlenecks through detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes will be critical. A significant aspect of this role involves mentoring junior developers, sharing your expertise in coding standards, debugging, and modern Java development practices.

We are seeking seasoned professionals with mandatory expertise in Angular 14+ (including Angular Components and state management with NgRx, RxJS), Microservices, REST APIs, Java 8+, Hibernate, Azure Service Bus, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (JWT).

Beyond technical prowess, strong behavioral competencies are essential. You should demonstrate exceptional technical ownership, collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, and drive engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, and performance optimization. Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical and production challenges is crucial.
