Join our Assurance team as an experienced Product Owner, driving functional excellence and innovation. This role is crucial for leading a multi-disciplinary product team to deliver exceptional value to both internal and external clients. You will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment from concept to execution, and acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology groups.

Your primary responsibilities will include owning and meticulously managing the product backlog, crafting, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on business value. You'll define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, encompassing current, near-term, and future delivery plans. Collaboration is key as you'll work with the Product Manager to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans. You will also manage system plans and supporting artifacts, including resource allocation, dependency tracking, timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Acting as the voice of the customer, you'll facilitate stakeholder review sessions and lead the product team through influence, mentoring, and coaching. Ensuring consistency with adjacent product strategies and proactively identifying and escalating risks, dependencies, and impediments will also be critical.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Product Owner role or a comparable product delivery position. An MBA or BBM qualification is required. A robust understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks is essential. Broad knowledge of financial services concepts, with a preference for expertise in client onboarding or CRM systems, is highly advantageous. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills are paramount. Strong analytical abilities, coupled with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and achieve results, are necessary. Prior experience with agile tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is expected. A SAFe POPM certification is considered a significant plus.
