Seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust and high-performance backend applications.

This role involves building scalable microservices, creating secure RESTful APIs, and optimizing database interactions. You will be an integral part of the application design and development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Design and implement scalable, high-performance Java backend applications. Develop and enhance microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework. Create and integrate secure, scalable RESTful APIs. Participate in application design, code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. Adhere to clean coding principles, SOLID design, and established best practices. Optimize database queries for relational and NoSQL databases. Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and security measures. Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests for high code coverage. Work with CI/CD pipelines and support deployments across various environments. Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root-cause analysis. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Java backend development experience. Proficiency in Java 8/11/17+ including advanced concepts like Collections, Streams, Lambda Expressions, Multithreading, and Concurrency. Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring MVC. Demonstrated experience in Microservices architecture and development. Strong expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs. Familiarity with Spring Data JPA or Hibernate. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Good grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and data structures. Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito. Proficiency with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. Working knowledge of Git for version control. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot complex backend and production issues.
