Design and develop scalable enterprise applications leveraging Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Define robust API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for complex distributed systems. Build reusable backend components and enterprise services adhering to clean architecture and secure coding standards.

Optimize application performance through advanced techniques like caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization. Take ownership of end-to-end module delivery, from design and development to testing support and deployment readiness. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best engineering practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms for enhanced system scalability and resilience. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to boost operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks through detailed root cause analysis and the implementation of sustainable fixes. Mentor junior developers, guiding them on coding standards, effective debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.

This senior engineering role requires 5-8 years of experience in developing enterprise applications. Essential mandatory skills include proficiency in Microservices, REST APIs, backend unit testing with JUnit, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Java 8+, Hibernate, PL/SQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Familiarity with Kafka and Maven is also a requirement. Additionally, experience with AWS SNS, Lambda, Auto Scaling, and Load Balancing is highly desirable.
