As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications utilizing Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You will define robust API contracts and integration strategies for complex distributed systems.

Key contributions include developing reusable backend components and enterprise services with a focus on clean architecture and secure coding practices. Performance optimization through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM advancements is crucial.

You will own end-to-end module delivery, from design and development through testing support and deployment readiness. Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to standards, security guidelines, and best practices is expected.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, design event-driven architectures for enhanced scalability, and drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring. Troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and mentoring junior developers are also integral aspects of this role.

This role requires 5-8 years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in Microservices, REST APIs, and backend unit testing using JUnit. Essential technical proficiencies include Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Java 8+, Hibernate, and PL/SQL.

A deep understanding of Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory, alongside experience with Kafka and Maven. Additional valuable skills include AWS SNS, AWS Lambda, Auto Scaling, and Load Balancing.
