This role involves designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. You will define API contracts, build reusable backend components with secure coding practices, and optimize application performance. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end module delivery, conducting code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and designing event-driven architectures. You will also drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers on modern Java practices.

Candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience with mandatory skills including Microservices, REST APIs, JUnit, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Java 8+, Hibernate, PL/SQL, Spring Boot & Spring Security (JWT), Kafka, and Maven. Additional desirable skills include AWS SNS, Lambda, Auto Scaling, and Load Balancing. Strong technical ownership, effective collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and excellent communication are essential behavioral competencies for this role.
