Define and lead the enterprise application architecture strategy, focusing on Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. Drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems. Establish engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development practices. Lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration and driving the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Conduct architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives. Design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy and drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps to ensure long-term platform stability.

This senior leadership role requires 8-10 years of comprehensive experience. Essential technical proficiencies include Microservices, REST APIs, backend unit testing with JUnit, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Java 8+, Hibernate, PL/SQL, Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT), Kafka, and Maven. Familiarity with AWS services such as SNS, Lambda, Auto Scaling, and Load Balancing is also crucial.
