Define and execute enterprise application architecture strategy with Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and security. Architect distributed systems and microservices platforms, aligning with enterprise goals. Establish engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. Lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration and driving the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, and disaster recovery.

Drive modernization initiatives and lead architecture reviews to ensure future-ready application ecosystems. Design enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Promote DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.

Requires 8-10 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, and backend unit testing (JUnit). Strong understanding of Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, and proficiency in Java 8+, Hibernate, PL/SQL, Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), Kafka, and Maven is essential.

Familiarity with AWS SNS, Lambda, Auto Scaling, and Load Balancing is beneficial. This role demands strong technical leadership, driving architecture and solution design for scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. The ability to balance delivery accountability with technical excellence, quality, and team collaboration is crucial.
