As an Associate Manager specializing in Java, you will be instrumental in defining and advancing enterprise application architecture strategy. This involves leveraging Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to ensure applications are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable long-term.

You will spearhead strategic technical decisions concerning application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. This includes architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems that align with overarching enterprise objectives. Furthermore, you will establish robust engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines for all teams.

Leading engineering teams, you will foster collaboration across various cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A key focus will be driving the implementation of critical non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Your role will involve conducting architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives to ensure future-ready application ecosystems. You will also design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures using relevant technologies and collaborate with leadership teams to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess 11-12 years of experience in Java development, with a strong command of mandatory skills including Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structures, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Java 8+, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, and MS SQL.

Key responsibilities include defining and driving enterprise application architecture strategy, leading strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud-native adoption, and architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms. You will also establish engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks.
