Lead and manage large-scale engineering organizations, driving platform modernization, cloud transformation, and engineering excellence initiatives. Oversee teams responsible for application and product engineering, data & analytics, cloud, DevOps, MLOps, and quality engineering. Champion AI-assisted engineering and drive improvements in engineering productivity and technical debt reduction.

A minimum of 16 years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, or architecture is required. Significant experience leading engineering organizations within Banking and Financial Services is essential, with a proven track record of managing teams of 150+ professionals. Expertise in modern software engineering practices, including Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, Architecture Governance, and Quality Engineering, is crucial. Strong proficiency in Java 17, Microservices, Springboot, OOPS concepts, design patterns, and database design (Oracle) is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and change management skills are expected.
