Join our team as a Java API Developer focused on building secure, scalable, and resilient RESTful APIs using Spring Boot. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, architects, and DevOps to create backend services essential for web and mobile applications. We are looking for individuals with strong Java fundamentals, extensive Spring ecosystem experience, and proven API design and implementation skills.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs with Java and Spring Boot, integrating and modeling with databases (SQL/NoSQL), and implementing robust API security measures such as OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT. You will also be responsible for writing clean, testable code with comprehensive unit, integration, and contract tests, optimizing performance and reliability, and ensuring observability through structured logging and metrics. Collaboration within Agile teams, including grooming, estimation, code reviews, and documentation, is also a key part of this role. We encourage end-to-end ownership of services, from design through production support.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Java 8+ (preferably 11/17 or later) and Spring Boot. Essential experience includes building RESTful APIs and integrating with various services. A solid understanding of data structures, concurrency, and error handling is required, alongside hands-on experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs (JPA/Hibernate). Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and build tools like Maven/Gradle is crucial. Familiarity with API documentation standards (OpenAPI/Swagger) and testing tools like Postman and Rest Assured is expected.
