Lead the design and development of robust, scalable Java applications leveraging Spring Boot and microservices. You will own the end-to-end system architecture, including critical design decisions and governance. Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and re-architecture. Maintain hands-on coding involvement, with a focus on code reviews, performance optimization, and debugging. Integrate cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Build enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs and AI frameworks, incorporating RAG, vector databases, and agentic workflows.

Establish reusable patterns for GenAI adoption, defining and enforcing enterprise-wide guardrails for security, responsible AI, observability, and DevOps. Foster engineering excellence and standardization across teams. Mentor developers and architects, promoting AI and modern engineering practices throughout the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

A strong foundation in Java (Java 11+) is essential, alongside deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security. Proven experience with microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and JWT is required. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks, including RAG architectures, embeddings, and various vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search). Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI workflow design is key.
