Seeking a proficient Ivanti Developer with 3-7 years of experience to design, develop, and implement robust enterprise service management and ITSM solutions. This role requires strong technical acumen in configuring workflows, automations, and integrations on the Ivanti platform to meet business needs and adhere to best practices.

We are looking for an individual to drive innovation and efficiency within our service management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our Ivanti capabilities and ensuring seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include designing and customizing Ivanti solutions, configuring ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, CMDB), and developing custom workflows, business rules, and reports. You will also build and maintain third-party integrations using APIs and develop automation scripts to boost operational efficiency. Troubleshooting application issues, collaborating with stakeholders for requirement translation, participating in the full development lifecycle (design, code reviews, testing, deployment), and ensuring adherence to development standards and security guidelines are also crucial aspects of this role.

Furthermore, the role involves supporting platform upgrades, patching, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the Ivanti environment.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Ivanti platform is essential, along with a deep understanding of Ivanti ITSM/Neurons architecture and customization. Proficiency in configuring workflows, forms, business objects, automation, and reporting is required. Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and system integrations is mandatory.
