Join EY's Tax team as a Tax Senior and contribute to building a better working world. This role involves assisting in sub-service line and engagement management, guiding teams of Tax Analysts, and managing multiple client engagements. You'll be instrumental in applying your knowledge and skills to help clients achieve their business objectives within the dynamic Transfer Pricing Tax practice.

Manage engagements within the assigned practice, demonstrating strong project management and leadership skills. Guide junior team members, ensuring the application of VAT principles and maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Effectively utilize technology and computer tools to manage workload and deliver exceptional client service.

Foster a culture of continuous learning by seeking and providing feedback, engaging in developmental experiences, and facilitating knowledge transfer. Support the definition and implementation of processes to bridge learning gaps within the team, ensuring professional growth and expertise.

Possess a Master's degree or equivalent (CA, ICWA, CS Inter/Final) along with 4-5 years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience. Ideally, you will have experience with global documentation projects and have a proven track record of leading teams. Strong proficiency in technology, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for this role.

An awareness of other US taxes and the ability to interpret and apply tax legislation would be beneficial. We seek tax professionals with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding services and a keen understanding of tax principles.
