Lead transfer pricing engagements with thorough analysis and strategic recommendations.

Manage engagement economics by optimizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating critical issues to project leaders.

Actively participate in business development initiatives to drive growth.

Foster strong relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other service lines.

Mentor and coach staff, contributing to their professional development through effective supervision and feedback.

Assist in people management processes, including recruiting, retention, and training of transfer pricing professionals.

Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.

Possess an advanced degree in economics, law, finance, tax, or accounting, or hold a CPA or similar certification.

Bring a minimum of five years of experience in transfer pricing or a related field, coupled with a strong grasp of complex transfer pricing concepts.

Demonstrate robust managerial, organizational, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication capabilities.

Be fluent in English.
