This role focuses on supporting Project Managers in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation and executing related workstreams. You'll conduct benchmarking studies, perform industry and company analyses, and author reports using diverse information sources. A fundamental understanding of economics and accounting principles is essential for effective client work.

Key responsibilities include developing a solid grasp of Transfer Pricing concepts, staying current with tax regulations, and applying these principles daily. You will conduct global benchmarking studies using specialized databases like Compustat and BVD, and perform detailed industry and company analyses using resources such as Factiva, D&B Hoovers, and Thomson Reuters. Drafting essential Transfer Pricing reports compliant with OECD or US TP regulations is also a core duty. Applying economics and accounting knowledge to projects, including statistical techniques and financial ratio analysis, is crucial. You'll analyze financial data, compute margins, and collaborate closely with the engagement team, reporting progress to seniors and Project Managers.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or a related tax field is required. Alternatively, extensive experience within the financial services sector will be considered. Essential educational qualifications include a B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA (Economics), M.Sc (Statistics), MA (Economics), MBA, or CFA. Additional degrees, diplomas, or specializations in International Taxation, Financial Instruments Market, or Quantitative Finance are highly valued. Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation abilities are necessary. The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment is also key.
