This role is crucial for overseeing and managing ITIL-based service support and technical account management on a 24x7 basis. This senior specialist role involves overseeing and administering ITIL-based service support and technical account management, coordinating incident ownership, and managing client accounts around the clock. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing service delivery processes such as incident, problem, request, change, service level, and configuration management.

Key duties encompass resource coordination, client management, dispute resolution, technical issue resolution, and communication across various levels, from tactical to strategic. You will be tasked with managing critical projects with general direction, analyzing statistical data and trends related to service level compliance and operational effectiveness, and assisting in program or process development and implementation.

Candidates for this ITIL - Operations Analysis Senior Specialist position should possess a solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles, backed by 6-8 years of relevant experience. An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
