Your core responsibilities will involve managing critical projects within larger, more complex service delivery processes, potentially allocating tasks to team members. You will play a pivotal role in continuous improvement efforts, enhancing client and internal business processes. This includes compiling, analyzing, and reporting on statistical data and trends related to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.

You will also assist in the development and implementation of programs and processes. The role requires the ability to perform general office duties and essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations, and may involve occasional overnight domestic or international travel.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles, complemented by 6-8 years of relevant experience. An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
