In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing complex service delivery processes and associated projects. You will play a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client and internal business processes. Your duties will include compiling, analyzing, and reporting statistical data and trends related to service level compliance and operational effectiveness, as well as assisting with program and process development and implementation.

This position requires a deep understanding of your specific domain, with a foundational knowledge of related subject areas. You will manage critical projects with general direction and may delegate tasks to other team members, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices. The role typically requires 6-8 years of relevant professional experience. An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is necessary.
