You will conduct in-depth analysis and review of Service Management functions, tackling unusually complex problems with creative solutions. The position requires a strong ability to document and create processes, alongside leading and influencing large cross-functional teams.

To excel in this position, you should have 12-15 years of relevant experience. An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is necessary, with a graduate degree being preferred.

Key qualifications include an advanced understanding of ITIL processes and principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to create and document processes. You must also demonstrate the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and perform essential job functions with or without accommodations. Travel may be required.
