As an ITIL - Account Service Specialist Advisor, you will be instrumental in leading complex service delivery processes and associated projects. Your role will involve managing these processes within a sophisticated service delivery environment, developing creative solutions for challenging problems, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance both client and internal business operations.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with approximately 10-12 years of relevant experience. An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. A graduate degree is preferred.
