This position requires 6-8 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices is essential, alongside an undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Essential skills include solid written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to perform general office duties. While this is a hybrid role, occasional travel may be required.
