NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated ITIL - Account Service Operations Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida, India. This role is crucial for overseeing and administering ITIL-based service support and technical account management.

You will be instrumental in coordinating incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of service delivery processes, including incident, problem, request, change, service level, and configuration management.

Key responsibilities involve managing and overseeing core service delivery processes such as incident, problem, request, change, service level, and configuration management. You will also be responsible for resource coordination, effective client management, dispute resolution, and managing technical resolutions.

Furthermore, you will facilitate clear and concise communications across various internal and external levels during service engagements, from tactical to strategic levels. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong grasp of fundamental role principles and can adeptly handle complex challenges and projects, often requiring standard solutions. You will be empowered to manage smaller projects with guidance from your supervisor.

Essential qualifications include experience in basic service delivery processes and associated projects, along with the ability to compile, analyze, and report on statistical data and service level compliance. Candidates should possess 4-7 years of relevant experience and hold an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
