As an ITIL - Account Service Operations Analyst, you will manage complex service delivery processes and associated projects. You will play a pivotal role in continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing client and internal business processes. Key responsibilities include compiling and analyzing statistical data on service level compliance and operational effectiveness, and assisting in program or process development and implementation.

This role requires a deep understanding of your domain, with a foundational knowledge of related subject areas. You will be expected to manage critical projects with general direction, potentially delegating tasks to others as needed.

Ideal candidates will possess 6-8 years of relevant experience and hold an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles is essential.

Key qualifications include strong analytical skills for data compilation and reporting, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to perform general office duties.
