This position requires the oversight, facilitation, and administration of ITIL-based services on a 24x7 basis. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to ITIL processes and principles, managing multiple accounts effectively, and leveraging knowledge of ITIL tools to optimize service delivery.

The role also emphasizes strong communication and documentation skills, with a focus on creating and maintaining process documentation. Competencies in conflict resolution, customer service, facilitation, and executive presentation are crucial for success.

A minimum of 10 years of combined education and work experience is essential for this role. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles, coupled with proven leadership skills.

Experience in handling multiple accounts and familiarity with ITIL tools are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside a strong ability to create and document processes, are vital.
