This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within the Talent Services function. You'll handle sensitive information with professionalism and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, adapting to evolving business environments. We seek a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and multitasking skills, experienced in managing high-volume assignments.

Key responsibilities include supporting the onboarding process from pre-boarding to post-onboarding, including coordinating with development teams, updating portals, and managing communication flows. You will also play a vital role in employee experience and employer branding initiatives, coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and developing communication materials.

Furthermore, you will assist with employee listening initiatives, analyze survey results, and support the development of actionable insights. The role also involves supporting job portability initiatives, managing internal mobility campaigns, and analyzing trends. You will be responsible for the Italy Pre-Boarding Portal, ensuring content accuracy and user experience, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the candidate-to-employee transition.

Additional duties include drafting and reviewing communication materials, coordinating with stakeholders and external providers, tracking action items, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint). Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both written and oral, is mandatory. Experience using generative AI tools for research and content development is required.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a business or HR-related discipline is required, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within professional services or a corporate environment. Experience in onboarding and working in international settings is highly valued.
