Lead and develop a team of technical professionals across multiple geographical locations.

Direct technology teams as an information technology operations manager, ensuring efficient and effective IT support.

Provide 24x7 global IT support to Amazon Operations, encompassing Fulfillment, Sortation, Logistics, and Last Mile.

Support key partners including Amazon Fulfillment Technologies, OpsTech Infrastructure Engineering, Amazon Robotics, Amazon Warehouse Control Systems, and Amazon Lockers.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and managing technical teams across diverse locations.

Possess at least 2 years of experience leading technology teams in an information technology operations management capacity.

Hold a Bachelor's degree, or alternatively, have 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.

Demonstrate knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration.
