This position offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to implement solutions and deliver high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software across various sites within a designated geographical area. You will be empowered to troubleshoot and resolve straightforward technical challenges where standard operating procedures may not yet exist.

Manage local technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and completion. Maintain and develop essential policies, procedures, and processes to streamline operations. Proactively identify the root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies, driving improvements. Provide remote support to a global customer base, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Be adaptable and flexible to travel within your local or regional area as business needs dictate to support our customers.

A minimum of 1 year of experience with Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM. Over 2 years of experience troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment. At least 2 years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation. A minimum of 1 year of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience. More than 2 years of experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining corporate networks. Over 2 years of experience providing support for Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
