This IT Support Engineer I role offers the opportunity to leverage your technical acumen and specialized skills. You will be instrumental in implementing effective technical solutions and delivering high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software across various sites within a designated geographical region. A key aspect of this position involves troubleshooting and resolving straightforward issues that may not have predefined standard operating procedures.
- Spearhead the management of local technical projects, ensuring their successful execution. - Develop and maintain robust policies, procedures, and processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Proactively identify the root causes of operational challenges and process inefficiencies. - Provide remote support to our global customer base, ensuring timely issue resolution. - Remain flexible and adaptable to travel within your local or regional area to support customers as business needs dictate.
- Possess at least 1 year of experience with Windows Server technologies including Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM. - Have 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a high-availability, multi-user environment. - Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation. - Offer 1+ years of experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery. - Bring 2+ years of networking experience, including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP. - Hold 2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining corporate operating systems such as Windows, Mac, or Linux. - Provide 2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment. - A Bachelor's degree is required.
