Key responsibilities include maintaining IT equipment across Fulfillment sites, troubleshooting diverse IT hardware such as PCs, handheld devices, thin clients, and printers. You will manage device repair processes, support senior engineers on projects, and travel regularly to multiple sites within the region, ensuring all safety protocols are observed.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in a corporate environment supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems. Essential skills include troubleshooting integrated computer systems and maintaining/troubleshooting specific hardware like Zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
