This role focuses on IT Service Ownership within the Information Security domain, specifically managing the Directory Services portfolio. You will play a critical part in protecting EY's and client information assets by ensuring secure access and operational effectiveness of global identity infrastructure.

As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, you will collaborate with global teams to enable secure access for over 400,000 individuals worldwide. Take full ownership of the end-to-end ITSM lifecycle for Directory Services, including maintaining service definitions, catalogue entries, and offerings. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational measures, and service health. Lead service introduction and operational readiness for new capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions into support.

Drive continual service improvement by managing the CSI register, facilitating initiatives based on performance and feedback. Conduct periodic service maturity assessments and reviews of documentation and support models. Lead regular service reviews with stakeholders, developing comprehensive reports on service performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. You should possess 9-12 years of experience in Information Technology within a global firm, with demonstrated experience in project management, service introduction, and service readiness processes. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID is essential.

Strong conceptual knowledge of IAM Directory portfolio applications, operating systems, and cloud technologies is beneficial. Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills are crucial for success in this role. Understanding of ITIL best practices and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles is expected.
