As the IT Service Owner for Directory Services, you will manage the end-to-end ITSM lifecycle, including service definition, catalogue maintenance, and governance.

You will lead service introduction and operational readiness activities for new capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions into operational support. This includes coordinating acceptance, documentation, knowledge transfer, and monitoring processes.

Your role will also involve owning the Continual Service Improvement register, facilitating initiatives based on performance feedback and audits. You will conduct service maturity assessments and drive improvements to service quality and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.

Additionally, you will lead regular service reviews with stakeholders, develop comprehensive service reporting, and track improvement actions to completion. You will act as the primary ITSM representative, building strong relationships across various EY teams and promoting awareness of service capabilities and standards.

To excel in this role, you should possess conceptual knowledge of IAM directory portfolio applications, technologies, and operating system platforms, including cloud technologies.

We require experience in developing management reporting and process improvement actions, coupled with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills. Building and maintaining relationships across a geographically and culturally diverse organization is essential.

Effective communication and analytical skills are necessary to dissect complex issues and influence stakeholders at all levels. A solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles is mandatory, along with good knowledge of project management practices.

Ideally, you'll have a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, with 9-12 years of experience in IT within a global firm. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID is a must.
