NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned IT Senior Director to oversee critical Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services Operations. This pivotal role demands a leader with over 14 years of experience, adept at ensuring consistent service delivery and fostering lasting client trust. You will be instrumental in leading complex enterprise operations where reliability and continuous improvement are paramount to client confidence.

This position operates within a collaborative three-in-a-box model, working alongside the Client Delivery Executive (responsible for business and client outcomes) and the Client Architect (shaping technology strategy). Your focus will be on driving service operations, maintaining operational discipline, and championing continuous enhancement.

As the Client Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for daily service delivery, operational governance, meeting SLAs and KPIs, cost efficiency, and resource management for Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity engagements. You will translate commitments into disciplined execution, working with architects to operationalize transformation roadmaps and automation without compromising stability.

Key duties include owning daily operations across service towers, running operating rhythms, maintaining stability in global, multi-vendor environments, and leading responses to major incidents and escalations. You'll also drive root-cause analysis, govern change execution, manage workforce demand, oversee vendors and assets, control delivery costs, and serve as the primary contact for client operations leadership.

Candidates must possess 14+ years of experience in IT or managed services, with significant responsibility in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity operations. Proven leadership in day-to-day service delivery across complex, global accounts is essential, along with strong experience in incident, problem, change, and risk management.

A solid understanding of financial operations, including cost control and forecasting, is required. Broad knowledge of cloud technologies, networks, cybersecurity, and ITSM operations is necessary. An ITIL v4 certification is mandatory, while related cloud, infrastructure, or security certifications are advantageous. Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills are critical for this role.
