As a Scrum Master, you will lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. A key part of your role will be to identify, track, and remove obstacles hindering team progress.

You will also coach and mentor the team and broader organization on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices. This includes supporting the Product Owner with product backlog refinement and ensuring clear goal alignment. Fostering a collaborative, transparent, and trusting team culture is essential, as is monitoring team metrics like velocity and KPIs, and effectively communicating project updates and risks to stakeholders.
