Lead comprehensive capacity and resource planning across diverse portfolios for our strategic healthcare customer, consolidating demand for an integrated view of requirements.

Develop robust short-, medium-, and long-term capacity forecasts, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

Own and govern the end-to-end resource fulfillment process, coordinating with internal teams, Talent Acquisition, and vendors to meet critical demands while balancing skills, cost, and timelines.

Establish and maintain a consistent governance model for capacity and fulfillment, providing leadership with clear insights into demand, supply, utilization, and risks.

Drive effective resource utilization through proactive deployment and redeployment, supporting workforce optimization initiatives and identifying strategic skill requirements.

A minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years specifically in capacity planning, resource management, workforce management, or fulfillment management, is essential.
