Lead comprehensive end-to-end project management for e-invoicing solutions across multiple EU countries and ERP platforms. Develop and meticulously maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements, actively tracking progress and addressing deviations. Oversee team capacity, competing priorities, and resource constraints, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project objectives. Maintain rigorous project governance by managing RAID logs, risk/issue trackers, decision logs, and action items. Prepare insightful status reports, executive summaries, and Steering Committee presentations. Coordinate effectively with a variety of technical teams, including ERP specialists, solution architects, developers, integration, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, and support. Facilitate clear communication and prompt resolution of cross-system, integration, and infrastructure dependencies. Identify key stakeholders, manage their expectations, and foster strong relationships across business, IT, and vendor teams. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical concerns as needed. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges and support informed decision-making.

Possess 8-10 years of demonstrable experience in managing complex IT projects, with a minimum of 5 years focused on cross-functional technology teams. Have 3-5 years of experience coordinating projects across multiple systems, applications, or ERP environments. Exhibit strong capabilities in project planning, organization, execution, and governance, including effective management of schedules, resources, and dependencies. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of project governance methodologies and best practices. Showcase 3-5 years of hands-on experience maintaining essential project documentation like RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, schedules, and status reports. Communicate effectively through excellent written and verbal skills, adeptly engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. Display strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for analytical thinking and problem-solving. Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to adapt to changing project conditions and priorities.
