Take ownership of large, complex accounts, ensuring adherence to delivery management processes and policies within a global, matrixed delivery model. Mentor and train less experienced team members, while demonstrating expertise in managing extensive third-party relationships across geographies and industries to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

We require a seasoned professional with 12-15 years of relevant experience, including 5-7 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in overseeing and managing large, complex accounts is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives, with expert priority-setting skills for group direction. Strong leadership capabilities are needed to manage large cross-functional teams and drive quality and productivity.

Expert analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills are crucial. You must be adept at motivating and leading large groups at all organizational levels. Experience in implementing delivery transformation programs to re-engineer cost models is highly valued. The ability to foster strong client leadership relationships and manage complex global delivery models is also key.
