Lead the production support for SAP Financials, specifically focusing on SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud FI modules. Develop a deep understanding of the SAP Financials solution, managing system configurations and updates based on business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business priorities into product roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and build business cases. Break down complex enhancements into actionable segments for your team, tracking progress towards desired outcomes.

Identify and validate functional specifications, creating support models and documenting system issues for product owners. Manage SAP OSS Cases/Incidents and escalate for hotfix deployment. Participate in transformation meetings and develop subject matter expertise to mentor team members.

A strong background as a Finance System Manager with extensive SAP Products experience is essential, ideally with 7-8 years specifically in SAP S/4 HANA.

Possess finance domain expertise, complemented by an engineering/technical background, or a Master's/MBA in Finance & Accounting. You should have a solid grasp of finance functional data flows and demonstrate exceptional professional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) modules like FI-GL, FI-AA, Intercompany, and Tax, along with integration knowledge of SD and AP, is highly valued. Experience with month-end closing activities, troubleshooting application jobs, and understanding the Business Partner concept are crucial. Familiarity with FIORI apps and S/4 HANA is preferred, and SAP certifications are a plus.
