As a key leader within the IT department, you will focus on enhancing service delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Key responsibilities include managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), alongside fostering strong customer and stakeholder relationships. You will lead problem analysis and solutioning with your team and counterparts, driving service and continuous improvement plans. The role also encompasses cost-saving initiatives, productivity enhancements, and participation in business and people-related projects.

You will oversee 24x7 operations, ensuring team performance and fostering a supportive environment through best practice sharing, team building, guidance, and mentoring. People management, including attrition control and upskilling/cross-skilling team members, is also a crucial aspect of this position.

A minimum of 8 years of solid Service Desk experience, with at least 2 years in managing service desk delivery, is essential. A strong understanding of industry domains, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills, is required. Proven people management, stakeholder management, and project management abilities are vital for success.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a heterogeneous environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Applications such as MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is expected. The role involves direct supervision of operational teams and requires experienced leadership, team building, and project management skills. A graduate degree is preferred.
