As an IT Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring robust administration, support, and maintenance.

This position requires a deep understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises & Hybrid servers, Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, and MS-Teams. You will leverage strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to align M365 solutions with business objectives and enhance user experience.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality support through a customer-centric approach, effectively communicating technical concepts, and managing client expectations for a positive experience. You will contribute subject matter expertise, advise on best practices, and participate in developing new strategies.

Key duties involve managing complex technical challenges, integrating trends and data into actionable plans, and developing creative solutions to improve business performance. You will also anticipate and mitigate operational issues, provide advanced technical support for integration challenges, and guide junior team members. Flexibility to work in shifts supporting 24x7 or US business hours is also required.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in M365 workload administration and support. Strong proficiency in M365 services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Security & Compliance is essential.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are paramount. You must be adept at working independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively within a global team. A strong grasp of M365 administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and security best practices is crucial. M365 or Azure certification is a plus.
