Join Amazon's global Finance Technology team, a leader in operating and enhancing complex software platforms that support all of Amazon's businesses. This role is crucial for enabling new market launches and business model innovations, partnering closely with the CFO organization worldwide. You will be instrumental in driving high-quality service for Amazon's expanding global operations.

This developer position involves leading the support and enhancement of critical e-Business suite modules within the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. Key responsibilities include providing end-user support, managing operational issues, and implementing enhancements across multiple applications and geographies. You will engage with business customers to understand and document their needs, performing gap analysis and designing system modifications.

Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. You will also develop SQL queries for problem diagnosis, create metrics, and generate ad-hoc reports to support operational excellence.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities. A minimum of 1 year of experience with IBM Cognos TM1 (Planning Analytics) is required. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of software development experience.
