Apply AI tools across all project phases, including developing agents to streamline AI strategy and use case development within supply chain domains such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Aftermarket, and Fulfillment.

Contribute to Business and Functional Requirements Documents, grounded in supply chain knowledge and client context. Assist in designing AI reference architectures for supply chains and crafting value cases to articulate ROI for AI initiatives.

Support client workshops, gather requirements, and synthesize stakeholder input. Prepare client-facing presentations and roadmaps that translate complex AI and data concepts into understandable narratives for leaders. Utilize Design Thinking to drive structured problem definition and solution ideation.

Develop foundational understanding of enterprise data concepts relevant to supply chain planning and execution. Conduct data analysis to uncover insights from supply chain datasets and apply prompt engineering and RAG techniques to enhance AI tools supporting advisory workflows. Participate in ongoing AI literacy and learning modules to foster innovation.

Possess 1.5 to 4 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, business analysis, or a related field. Demonstrate functional understanding in at least one key supply chain domain.

Familiarity with core AI concepts, including Agentic AI fundamentals and AI use case identification. Experience contributing to structured business documents like process maps or requirements specifications.

Proven ability to synthesize data into clear insights. Experience utilizing AI tools in academic or professional settings. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree, coursework in AI/ML or data platforms, and exposure to consulting environments. Familiarity with enterprise planning or ERP platforms and working knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools are also beneficial.
