This role involves leveraging AI tools across all tasks, including agent and tool development, to facilitate:

- Supply Chain AI Strategy & Use Case Development: Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing AI opportunities across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Aftermarket, and Fulfillment. This includes mapping current processes to future AI-enabled states, developing Business and Functional Requirements Documents (BRDs/FRDs) grounded in supply chain knowledge and client context.

- Client Engagement & Advisory Support: Preparing materials and synthesizing inputs for client workshops, crafting client-facing presentations and roadmaps that translate AI and data concepts into accessible narratives for leaders, and applying Design Thinking principles for problem definition and solution ideation.

- Data & AI Foundations: Building fluency in enterprise data concepts relevant to supply chain systems, supporting data analysis to derive insights from supply chain datasets, and exploring prompt engineering and RAG techniques to enhance AI tools for advisory workflows.

We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise AI Value Strategy, specifically within the supply chain domain.

A solid understanding of supply chain processes and a growing proficiency in enterprise AI concepts are crucial. You should be comfortable with both structured analysis and creative problem-solving, with excellent communication skills to synthesize complex information and present clear insights.

Key skills include identifying and prioritizing AI use cases, developing BRDs and FRDs, contributing to AI reference architecture designs, and crafting AI value and business cases. Familiarity with prompt engineering and RAG techniques is a plus. The ability to support client workshops, prepare presentations, and apply Design Thinking principles will be highly valued.
