Whether mapping processes, drafting specifications, or envisioning AI-powered futures, your communication and analytical skills will be key.
Utilize AI tools across all tasks, including developing agents and facilitating:
- Supply Chain AI Strategy & Use Case Development: Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases in demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, procurement, aftermarket, and fulfillment. Map current processes to AI-enabled future states. - Support Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) grounded in supply chain knowledge. - Contribute to AI reference architecture designs for supply chain environments, illustrating agentic AI interactions. - Craft AI value cases and business cases articulating ROI, risk, and timelines for AI initiatives.
- Client Engagement & Advisory Support: Assist in client workshops and discovery sessions, capturing requirements and synthesizing stakeholder inputs. - Prepare client-facing presentations, roadmaps, and strategy decks translating AI concepts for leaders. - Apply Design Thinking to facilitate problem definition and solution ideation. - Maintain team repositories of supply chain AI frameworks and benchmarks.
- Data & AI Foundations: Develop fluency in enterprise data concepts relevant to supply chain planning and execution. - Support data analysis to derive insights from supply chain datasets. - Explore and apply prompt engineering and RAG techniques to build AI tools.
Required qualifications include:
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, business analysis, or a related field. - Demonstrated functional understanding of at least one supply chain domain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Aftermarket, or Fulfillment / Logistics). - Familiarity with core AI concepts, including Agentic AI fundamentals, AI use case identification, and AI reference architecture. - Experience writing or contributing to structured business documents like process maps or requirements documents. - Ability to synthesize data into clear, structured insights. - Experience using AI tools (e.g., GenAI platforms) in an academic or professional context. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline, coursework in AI/ML, consulting exposure, familiarity with enterprise planning or ERP platforms, and knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools.
