This role focuses on the intersection of supply chain expertise and enterprise AI, aiming to create tangible value for clients. You'll be instrumental in developing AI strategies and identifying impactful use cases across various supply chain functions.
This position requires a blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. Utilize AI tools extensively for deliverables, including developing agents to support:
* **Supply Chain AI Strategy & Use Case Development:** Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Aftermarket, and Fulfillment. Map current processes to AI-enabled future states and support the creation of Business and Functional Requirements Documents grounded in supply chain knowledge. * **Client Engagement & Advisory Support:** Prepare materials for client workshops, capture requirements, and synthesize stakeholder input. Develop client-facing presentations and strategy decks translating AI concepts into clear narratives for leaders. * **Data & AI Foundations:** Gain fluency in enterprise data concepts relevant to supply chain planning and execution. Support data analysis to derive insights from supply chain datasets and explore prompt engineering and RAG techniques for AI tool enhancement.
Candidates should possess 1.5 to 4 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, business analysis, or a related field. A solid functional understanding of at least one supply chain domain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Aftermarket, or Fulfillment/Logistics) is essential.
Familiarity with core AI concepts, including Agentic AI fundamentals, is required. Experience contributing to structured business documents like process maps or requirements documents, and a proven ability to synthesize data into clear insights are key. Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., GenAI platforms) in an academic or professional setting, along with strong communication skills to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences, are necessary.
